Very friendly shop keeper; after checking the reservation they tagged my luggage and it was easy to collect the following day. I admit I was a little nervous about using the Bounce service but everything went great.

The staff at Euston Express were wonderful! I’ve only ever used independent storage lockers prior to this but previous reviews and pricing made me interested in trying Euston Express. We were taking a sleeper train from Euston and needed to be close to the station. The shop is about a block away, the process is secure, and the staff was so sweet! We would use them again if in London!

Booked just prior to arrival after reading positive reviews. This is only few minutes walk away from Euston station. Easy booking process, competitive pricing for what it's worth. Useful option to roam bags-free around London over a longer transit , for bags to be collected before shop closes at 10pm. Will definitely use again.

I was a little surprised the shop was the right place and checked back on the site where there was a photo. But a kind and friendly lady greeted me when I went inside. She helped me find my booking confirmation on my phone. Very convenient for the station. Would definitely use again.

Really easy to book and drop off, 5 min walk from Euston train station. When collecting, the gentleman took slightly longer than expected to find our bags and bring them out. Overall pleased with the price and service.
