September 2024I brought my 2.5 year old here today and we had the best hour looking at all the interesting installations. The staff were really friendly, advising us how 'best' to view things, engage with the interactive parts and even taking photos of me and my child on my phone. Even the bathrooms are artistically laid out. The gift shop is small but has some lovely things- the staff introduced a toy to my little one, then realised they were out of stock of this particular item in the shop, so they let us have the demo model for 10% off the price! If you are in any doubt whether to go just do it!

October 2024It was really good. I liked the bit where you got to be a giant and then a sneaky mouse - 8yo. It was interesting. I liked being able to take photos of cloning myself at the dinner table. - 12yo There was lots to keep the kids interested for a couple of hours. Staff were fantastic. Very easy to find. - mum

September 2024A stunning experience, I really enjoyed it, there’s a lot to see, many optical illusions pieces and interactive stuff to try by yourself, some opticals will TWIST your brain. The atmosphere is amazing, colors are everywhere. Not big, you will need at least 1 hour or less to see the whole museum. Staff were kind and friendly, you can buy tickets on front desk, If you were close give it a try. Entry fees £26, which I find it high, specially that I visited similar optical illusion museums before in other countries with cheaper entry fees.

October 202429-09-24 - A most enjoyable first visit to this museum. Spent just over two hours here. Seeming as it was a Sunday it was a tad busy & if you plan on taking photos & videos you are most definitely advised to be patient. If not so patient, probably advise you visit on a weekday. The museum itself is laid out well, but can become a bit confined during those busy times. Unfortunately the 3D face capture machine illusion wasn’t operational during our visit. Some of the illusions on display can be simply found online but there are plenty of illusions that are not. There are plenty of personal photo / video opportunities to be had. I would personally recommend visiting in a crowd of 3 plus as some of the illusions require that number to be able to participate & photo / video. There were no staff around to assist with any photo opportunities. Booking is very easy online & also cheaper than buying on the door. Also you can get an extra 10% off online tickets by using the code KSENIIA10 Finding the museum is extremely easy & located very near Oxford Circus Station. Staff are friendly but were basically non existent throughout the museum itself. Not too sure if there are toilets on site as I personally didn’t require them. There is a gift shop at the end of the museum if you feel the need to squander more money.
