Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly too, even allowed us to check in earlier. A special thanks to Vishal for the wonderful tour of the hotel and being so friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here again when we return to London.

Stayed one night at this 5-star hotel for our 25th Anniversary. We expected a 5-star service, however it was more akin to a holiday inn express. When we arrived the reception area is soulless, they required to take a hard copy of your ID and leave a £50 damage deposit. Why they need to take a copy and how they safeguard your data was not explained. I'd expect these checks at a low cost B&B, but not a 5-star Hotel. The room was spacious, some biscuit wrappers left from the last guests on the shelves that the cleaners had missed. Very quiet rooms and breakfast was good. Overall a good night away, but missing the mark in a lot of areas to justify the £300 a night for a standard room and claim its a 5-star.

This is NOT a 5 stars hotel! Luckily, we did’t have to pay for the room, as it was a gift from work, but we couldn’t stay overnight. Did the check in today, had a walk in the neighbourhood, after dinner returned to the hotel and headed to the swimming pool, were we were disgusted of the stinky smell of urine in the steam sauna. The cold water in the swimming pool shower didn’t work. The room fridge not working, called receptionist who said that the maintenance staff is not working at that specific time🙄 Nonetheless, the staff was polite and nice, but who owns this hotel, please, downgrade to 2 stars ! Wouldn’t ever recommend it !
