😄nice building lovely decoration. Cool bar to have a drink and restaurant is delicious. Rooms are not very big but very nice deco ( clean hotel is new ! ) 👎🏼 Rooms are poorly soundproofed . You are hear the doors slamming and your neighbors… this is a bad point for such a nice place. The place and park where the hotel is situated is not a fancy area. It is practically and close to the transport but it is the dodgy end of Shepherds Bush

[Review of the bar] Reviewed this place a while ago and said that while the restaurant was terrible, I would go back to the bar. However, tonight I did, and our experience was the opposite of hospitality; not only were we not looked after, we felt unwelcome. Upon arriving, an unfriendly host told us all visible tables were reserved and waved us off to go and find ourselves a table in another part of the bar. We asked if someone would then come to take a drinks order and were told it was "self-service". This meant we had to faff about trying to scan a postage-stamp sized QR code that eventually opened an online ordering page whose drinks options didn't match the printed drinks menu on the table, and which advised that orders would take 30 minutes. The site was worse than similar ones that I have used in chain pubs. It kept crashing so eventually I gave up and went to the bar where I waited a while to be served before being made 2 very small cocktails. After paying over £30 for these and having them dumped on the bar in front of me, I borrowed a tray and carried the drinks back to the table myself. I then realised the bill had included 12.5% service. I wasn't shown a breakdown before paying, just handed a card machine. I can't imagine what service this place thinks it is charging for as there was none, and my cocktail was watery and tasteless. Giving 2 stars because the venue looks good and the music was OK, but won't be returning.
