The service here is excellent. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. The entire staff worked seamlessly together to create a seamless dining experience. We never had to ask anything twice! I’m still dreaming about my meal at THE CHET’S restaurant in THE HOXTON (Shepherds Bush)! Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. Don’t miss out on trying their dishes. Aisha served us and she was super attentive. She was so friendly and made Molly’s 🐾 (our teenage dog/daughter) visit so pleasant and enjoyable. We will definitely come back soon.

We came in tuckered from a very long flight- barely made dinner at their restaurant, Chet’s. So glad we made it because our first interactions with the staff (Deni & Anna) were the warmest of welcomes to London. They spent *so much time* giving incredible, thoughtful recommendations that fueled our adventures for the remainder of our stay. The food was tasty, the rooms-while small- were impeccably designed, and the location offered some great pubs, shops and nearby restaurants. And a great view from the room. Excited to return to Shepherd’s Bush again!

The location is convenient for offices in the White City area and very close to two tube stations. The hotel has a clean nice design and is very well-kept. The room has a set design and is not too big - it is okay if you travel light with a small luggage to put on the floor or over the desk/counter/wardrobe, but might be problematic if travelling with more baggage.

Had a small room but had everything we needed for our stay. Clean tidy and all immaculate. Service was efficient. Good central location. Bar was very nice in the evening. Biggest let down was breakfast, overcrowded, noisy, and really slow service. We waited nearly 45 minutes from seating to getting our food. Not sure it was worth the extra money

Our room was comfortable and quiet, but lacked basic storage. Room was quiet until our last night! We kept hearing this boom base noise/music. I googled O2, that's nearby, but no events were listed. Noise continued. Around midnight I called the reception asking if they heard the noise too. They said yes, we have an event until 2 am!! 1. Why would you put us in a room above an event you knew about?! Why? 2. Why not have the courtesy to inform the guests beforehand about the noise and/or suggest another room? I was exhausted on check out day, and we were traveling. Do better!
