Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel, Ballroom

What a wonderful hotel!! Staff are so friendly and helpful and welcoming. The rooms are city centre size but extremely well appointed and immaculate. The staircase is stunning so much so that I had to climb it every day and ignore the lifts. The lifts though are brilliant when you press your floor a lift arrives for you so you know it’s your lift and they are never cramped. Not that I mind other people in a lift with me but it does feel like a special touch. Been twice and hope to visit numerous times again. Tube station literally next door too.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Everything about it shouts quality, opulence and high class service. The staff are amazing. We had a suite which was beautiful. High quality fittings. If you get chance to try the cocktail lounge please do

The hotel is insanely beautiful. The lobby felt like walking into a dream. Albeit small, their rooms are perfectly cozy and chic. The closet space was really tight. We tried ordering extra rolling rack to hang our clothes but they didn’t have any. Otherwise, the staff provided us with all our requests. The service was top-tier, we were greeted and treated with a familial warmth. The area, although not popular with tourists, had everything we needed. We loved strolling in the park (Russell Square) in the early morning.
