June 2024It’s a hidden gem. The three things that I loved about this place are as follows. It has the best view and I loved the breakfast next to Thames. I loved the fact that you can take a boat to work at Canary Wharf or you could take a long taxi. It’s has the best night time view of Canary Wharf. The staff is amazing and the breakfast great.

July 2024Don't get alarmed from the distance to the center, the great combination with London underground and the bus to street of the hotel makes it really easy to get there from anywhere. You have free ferry to Canary warf and from there all London is connected. The breakfast is exceptional... So fresh and tasteful. On demand omelet making, fresh bacon, variety of cheese, selection of coffee and chocolate drinks, orange, apple or mango juice, breads, pastries and more... Very comfortable bed and great bath.

June 2024We stayed here at the weekend for my birthday and had a great time. The hotel is lovely, clean and in a really good location. The ferry to and from Canary Wharf is brilliant- no need for taxis and as it is included in the cost this saved us money. All the staff are friendly and approachable. A special mention about Jonas who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. We will be returning with our children as well and we are already really looking forward to it!

July 2024We had the best stay at this hotel! Staff were very kind and welcoming also incredibly generous being it was our wedding anniversary which started our stay off on a very good note! The view is incredible, getting the ferry over to Canary Wharf makes it a very unique hotel in our eyes! The food in the restaurant is gorgeous. The cleanliness of the hotel is spot on! Just a fab hotel and we will definitely return! Thankyou for making our weekend so special!

July 2024I am extremely disappointed with the service and the amenities provided during our attempted check-in at. Despite having a confirmed reservation in my name, the hotel refused to allow my wife entry to the room we had booked. she was there with our children, tired after a long journey, but the inflexibility of the reception staff added unnecessary stress to our arrival. I understand the importance of procedures, but there are times when flexibility and understanding are crucial, especially when children are involved. We had all the necessary documentation, including the reservation confirmation and our IDs, but this was not enough to persuade the staff to make an exception. This experience not only spoiled the start of our stay but also left us feeling powerless and frustrated. I would not recommend this hotel due to their lack of compassion, flexibility, and inadequate accommodations. Families deserve a better welcome and amenities that meet their needs, especially when they have followed all the correct procedures. Moreover, the sofa provided in the room was not comfortable, and the room was supposed to accommodate four people, not five. This oversight further impacted our comfort and overall experience negatively.
