April 2025Great hotel, great views, they give you a warm cookie on arrival, what a lovely touch. You have to get on a boat to get to the hotel which just adds to the experience. The hotel seemed almost like it was underground I don’t really know how it works architecture wise but it was super cool. Views were immaculate.

April 2025Good location for some quiet in London. Great service. Alex the manager was very helpful and attentive to the needs of the trip. The rest of the staff follow his good example. The rooms were comfy and spacious just initially smelled a bit funny but opening a window helped. Enjoyed the food too

April 2025I stayed in this hotel from the 26/03 till 21st of april and this was comfortably the best hotel I have stayed at. I would like to give attention to a couple of people. Aaron and Melvin at the reception were the most courteous and professional men I have come across at a hotel. They accommodated evey request I had. A credit to them In the breakfast area vasimin and gyles were a delight to see every morning and always got me the best seat even when busy Ashuk? The chef cooks a wonderful omelette and was pleasant to deal with Overall a wonderful stay. I will be coming back again

April 2025Love this place!! Perfect tranquil and quiet location just far enough out of central London. Large property with lots of places to walk around and Good views from many of the rooms, Easy link across the river to get back to the action. Will absolutely stay here again. Note: not a brand new hotel but the imperfections add to the charm.

April 2025Stayed in a king room which was very handy for the central building - some of the rooms are quite a bit out so worth checking in early on your phone so you can pick. Breakfast was nice - not too busy and a good selection. Some of the breads and pastries were a little stale. The staff are amazing, so nice and friendly. They interacted with my 6 year old really nicely and made him feel special. The one let down of the hotel is the location and ease of getting to the centre. Not impossible just takes ages! Boat then a 15 min walk to the tube or 10/15 min bus ride to the tube. Would stay again but with the awareness of having to leave earlier than planned.
