October 2024It was a lovely hotel in the heart of London city! I got a standard room and it was very spacious. It feels modern and a bit dated at the same time but the atmosphere is really vibrant and relaxing. The food is really good! This is just right next to the Paddington train station.

October 2024Stayed at the Hilton Paddington and had an amazing experience. The location couldn’t be better, right next to Paddington Station, which made getting around London so easy. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. But what really made our stay special was Mahmoud at the reception. He was simply outstanding — genuinely welcoming, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and made us feel right at home. Honestly, one of the best reception experiences I’ve had.

October 2024Stay 2 nights at hotel. Room is very clean but one of the public restroom down stair next to the elevator is very dirty and out of order. No fixing for 2 days. Have to carry our own luggage with some help of staff.

August 2024The hotel was so outdated, every furniture looked the sense of time. The bathroom door could not close, and the breakfast we bought 50£, got the meals like microwave food. Second, if you have a lot of luggage you have to drag it across multiple floors and the carpets are very unfriendly. I don't think this room was worth £250 a night, I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better service and comfort. As well as being in a good location, you'll have better options away from London Paddington. This is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed.
