Terry’s Cafe is a diamond in the rough. In an area now saturated with chains and soulless cheap snacks we’re proud to have achieved TripAdvisor’s 5-star rating and Certificate of Excellence for two years running. With all of our menus available to takeaway, you can walk away with your lunch for a fiver including our award winning sandwiches.

Two for tea or tea for two, afternoon tea at Terry’s is coming to you!

We are proud to incorporate into our menu Wilkin & Sons Ltd. preservers of distinction since 1885, and Royal Warrant holders to the reigning monarch since 1911 & Tiptree Patisserie, the home of exceptional quality handmade cakes and patisseries.

With our fine teas & exceptional cakes an afternoon tea menu will be resuming in spring 2017.

Terry’s Café is hands-down the best spot I found for a proper English breakfast while studying abroad in London. The food is terrific; everything from the crispy bacon to the perfectly cooked eggs feels authentically British. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they care about quality and tradition. The vibe just adds to the charm. If you’re looking for a classic, this is the place to go.

Stumbled into this cafe on my first day of London. The food was great and very filling. Later found out they this is a very popular place that you often need to line up for! Lucky me!

This was one of the highlights of my recent London trip -- a proper Full English fry up. The wait wasn't bad (shorter if you're willing to sit outside during the Autumn season) but even if it was longer I'd say it would be worth it. The food was great -- portions were good, everything was tasty, and I learned that a Full English breakfast is a proper hangover cure. Would definitely come back next time I have the pleasure of visiting London again.

Really nice, authentic English breakfast experience. Huge portion sizes at very reasonable prices. Service was fast and staff were lovely. We joined the queue before arriving which meant a shorter wait time on a busy Sunday. Hash browns were cooked perfectly although price is a little steep for 3 hashbrowns and we also enjoyed the smoothies which were freshly made. Highly recommend for a no fuss, breakfast or brunch here. Would be nice to see an option to book inside or outside on the booking system in future.
