Hackney Empire is a brilliant place to see music and comedy. This beautiful historic venue has a bar on every level and the gallery isn't allocated seating so get in early. There isn't air con so where light breathable fabrics on hot days. Lots of fantastic places for food and drink a stone's throw from the theatre.

Loved it 💯 Their bar is surprisingly cheap ( I got a lemonade and I would highly recommend you to try it if you want something non alcoholic) ! Seats are okayish comfy. I booked seats at the very left end of Stalls row I and I absolutely got the perfect view worth every penny! Overall very nice experience ✨👍

Gives you an old theater experience which was amazing! The seating was also perfect as was alternated to avoid blocking the view of the artist due to the audience in front of you and was stepped up. Sound quality was great!

the atmosphere is incredible! A stunning theater to be in. Went to see Jimmy Carr, had a wonderful night out. Only downpart; the rows of chairs are a bit close, so not that much leg room.
