The Clissold Arms is an award-winning, family-owned gastro pub that offers high quality, homemade dishes using locally sourced produce.
From our signature burgers to lighter fish dishes and catch of the day from our local fishmonger, we have a daily specials board as well as the a la carte menu offering a choice of starters, main courses and desserts

Our choice of draft beers, ciders and wines change regularly to compliment the menu and the season. All can be enjoyed in the tasteful bar area where you instantly feel at home or in the large secluded garden for the perfect al fresco escape.

Our Sunday lunches are known in the local area for being the real deal and booking is highly recommended. Being family owned, we welcome families with open arms.

The Clissold Arms is unique in many ways, not least for its ambience. With five distinct areas, including the original Kinks’ Room, it’s a great place for a celebration that can be scaled up or down.

This elegant space has a capacity of 80 seated guests. It is licensed for music, be a DJ, band or a playlist of your own. It has direct access to our patio garden, so that your guests can enjoy both an indoor and outdoor space during your event. This room can inter-connect with The Shed, should more space be required.
