Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, The Sloane

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the experience. The staff were not only friendly but also went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Ashwarya Chaudhary, who particularly stood out. Her attentiveness and eagerness to assist made my visit all the more memorable. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Enjoyed the most wonderful visit to the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. We would not have enjoyed it without the help, patience and tolerance of Manuel, the Concierge. He helped us endlessly with directions and suggestions and getting West End show tickets and suggesting the BEST fish and chips restaurant. We laughed and had so much fun with Manuel. He is PERFECT for this profession and is definitely an asset to the Marriott Family. Also, the Doorman, Dave, was wonderful. The Desk Clerk, Jerome, was great. And everyone who works there was happy, helpful, welcoming and made our stay warm and welcome and most memorable. THE ENTIRE LONDON MARRIOTT HOTEL GROSVENOR SQUARE FAMILY OF WORKERS ARE THE BEST!!! I AM SURE THEY WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS, TOO!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST!!!

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are small even the larger ones like I had. Still small. The breakfast was limited. No omelet station. The breakfast was in the lounge in the basement. Great service. Good bed turn down. No parking so cabs and ubers. Walking distance to the tube was short and nice. Located only a few blocks from rows of resturants and souvenir shopping. Plenty to do even pubs next door.
