Had the best time bowling here. Last minute decision to book. Great customer service. Bar was understaffed, but the lovely bartender who was on shift did the best she could. All round - highly recommended. Thanks!

This is the second branch of All Star Lanes we have visited. This time we are in Stratford for a bit of birthday karaoke. We arrived a bit early so enjoyed a cheeky drink at the bar with some loaded nachos. We were served really quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The karaoke room was clean and modern. The range of songs was endless; as good as Spotify. We even searched for some more obscure song choices and to our surprise they were there! Drinks and bar food can be ordered in the room using a barcode. We have 3 rounds of drinks and they arrived within 5 minutes. For a tenner per person this is great value. I’d recommend booking two hours as the first went so quickly.

First I would like to start by saying we were 2mins late to karaoke, which was obviously on us, however the room was not ready. Once we collected our mics. One of the mics was damaged but we decided to make do, to avoid any more time waste. We then still had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Which meant we didn’t actually get into the room until 6 minutes past. We were then promised an extra 5 minutes due to the wait. No one showed us how to use the iPad (that played the music) which meant our experience was completely tarnished as all songs only displayed half of the lyrics. We booked our session to come with the 2 for 1 cocktails but every time we tried to order we were getting charged full price. The room was extremely hot, yes there was a fan but no cold water was added to it which meant it was just circulating hot air. Now once our official hour was finished, a worker came in and told us our time was up, we told her that we were promised an extra 5 minutes. She said the man that promised us that has no authority and she will ask the manager. The manager cut off the whole sound system in the room and said no to our extra time. Now if was just one issue throughout I wouldn’t have left a negative review, however it was so many little things that truly caused us to have a very bad experience.
