Our Main Hall can accommodate up to 200 people and gives an historical context to the dramatic and modern Millennium arts and media block. Facilities include theatre-style seating for 150 and a professional sound and projector system. The centre also offers purpose-built drama and dance studios with sprung floors, music rooms and a recording studio. Complete with café and event management services, Wac Arts Events offers a comprehensive range of services for events and room hires.

The Council Chamber at Wac Arts is perfect for all occasions. This exciting and versatile space is available to hire for events, functions and rehearsals and provides a wonderful backdrop for meetings and community events. The Council Chamber has a more formal feel with its marble fireplace, historic wall mounted memorials, traditional flooring and draped curtains. This Local parish hall, later town hall (1878) Grade II Listed currently repurposed as a community art centre and Hall to hire. An imposing Victorian building with an Edwardian extension adds to the lingering hubris and fin de siècle grandeur The interior retains some original period fabric. Always a locus for communal events; here both the suffragette, Emily Pankhurst and the fascist Oswald Mosley made public speeches and T.S.Elliot embarked on marriage. Film location for the Sixties kitchen -drama "Georgy Girl.”
