Set within beautifully landscaped gardens, Warren House boasts award winning service with flexible and truly unique facilities for business or pleasure. This beautifully restored 19th century private house has 9 meeting/conference rooms and 45 individually appointed bedrooms. Warren House is extremely versatile and can accommodate anything from a 2 person meeting to a conference for 120.
With its stunning and luxuries decor and its interconnection with our other garden rooms, Lavender room delivers a unique experience in which classical setting and raw natural spectacle merge to form the perfect event.

Cancellation policy
Once both parties have signed the contract all provisions booked on your behalf are confirmed & therefore subject to cancellation charges at the following amounts in the unfortunate event of cancellation or postponement: 25% If the event is cancelled more than 100 days before the event/accommodation commences 65% If the event is cancelled between 61-100 days before the event/accommodation commences 90% If the event is cancelled between 7-60 days before the event/accommodation commences 100% If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the start date Any cancellations or amendments to guest numbers must be confirmed to Warren House in writing. Should you make significant changes to the program or expected numbers, this may result in amendments in the applicable rates and/or facilities offered by us, which will be put in writing to you. The numbers on this contract are the numbers chargeable, however if you send updated numbers that are higher than the original number confirmed then this becomes the new chargeable number. We do appreciate that it can be difficult to estimate numbers, and therefore you have the option to reduce your number of delegates / bedrooms by up to 10% per day / night without incurring cancellation charges provided you inform us in writing at least 10 days prior to the event.

Music is only allowed in the London Hall.

August 2024The hotel, staff, restaurant and grounds are Wonderful. My stay was relaxing and nurturing! Thank you John, Azaz, A.K., Vel, Oz, Nathalie, and the many others who served me. I enjoyed the grounds, the swimming pool and gym. The restaurant food was delicious. This is a special place — a walk back in time, a place to pamper yourself, relax, and feel a bit royal. Thanks to all of you!! I hope to be back.

August 2024I recently enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea at Warren House Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The beautiful grounds added to the charm, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious treats and sandwiches which catered perfectly to my halal dietary requirements. The service was excellent, with attentive, professional and helpful staff who were incredibly accommodating and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Warren House Hotel for anyone looking for a superb afternoon tea experience.

June 2024Wonderful place to stay in. Treated like Lords all the way through. We were upgraded to a beautiful room, 5 stars go out to all involved that made our stay extremely exceptional. Breakfast was completely outstanding and the care and consideration staff gave was perfect. Keep doing what you are doing as you’re doing it so well. I have stayed here on business a number of times and I couldn’t recommend anyplace better ❤️x

May 2024Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Stayed for one night for a birthday trip - checked in to our room to find a birthday cake waiting for me. This was a lovely gesture from the hotel and was much appreciated! Breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay again when next visiting the area

August 2024I recently attended an event at this venue, and while the space itself is lovely, I was deeply disappointed by the behavior of the staff, including the manager. During the event, I asked for a glass and was rudely informed that they had already put out 16 glasses and would not be providing any more. Shockingly, I was told to wash a dirty glass if I wanted one. This level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable, especially considering we were there for a children's birthday party. The treatment of the person who hired the venue was appalling. In the middle of the event, the manager approached them to complain that there were 30 children instead of the 25 that were expected. This confrontation was unnecessary and disrupted the celebration. Throughout the event, the staff hovered around the guests, making everyone feel uncomfortable and as if they were being watched. Their lack of helpfulness and the overall hostile attitude made the experience unpleasant. I would strongly advise against hiring this venue for any event. I've never encountered such rude and disrespectful staff before. Very disappointed ☹️
