Regus London New Broad Street, Waterloo

We have been with Regus/Spaces for 5 years, to be fair the staff at reception are friendly and helpful. A woman walked into co-working and started screaming and shouting, saying we were sitting on the wrong desk while the whole office space was empty on a Friday! I later learned she is a "senior" manager. Her manners are shocking, I was wondering why so many firms moved out this year until i checked google review🤣. Clearly, she has no management skills, her behaviours are inviting firms to look for better alternatives! We have provisionally booked several day offices in the building for 2025, now looking at alternatives with other providers. Over the years, there are broken toilets, broken lifts, and a giant bike stored in co-working for nearly a year ...you name it...I don't recall anyone shouting at the staff at Spaces.
