Novotel London City South, Millennium 1 & 2

Myself and my 10 year old daughter chose to go here for afternoon tea. We used a red letter day voucher. Was very easy to book. Tom is amazing, huge credit to this restaurant. Food & drinks were good. Service 10/10! Will definitely return.

I stayed for 4 nights with my daughter as part of her first trip to London. Location is great to see things like borough markets, tower of London etc and short walk to underground for exploring the rest of London but you will need to be comfortable using underground (its easy) otherwise taxis could add up. We had room with sofa bed although on arrival it wasn't made up. Room was tiny so once it was we really didn't have room for suitcases etc but we did manage. Despite 2 adults on booking we also only had one towel so had to request that as well. As platinum member i am used to slightly more acknowledgment of loyalty then i received (even just verbal recognition) but all in all its nice hotel, nice location and fairly good value for money.
