Cancellation policy
At Cocktail Akademia, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. However, due to the nature of event planning, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations Made More Than One Month in Advance: * If you need to cancel your booking more than one month before the event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. 2. Cancellations Made Within One Month to One Week Before the Event: * If you cancel your booking between one month and one week prior to the event date, 50% of your deposit will be refundable. 3. Cancellations Made Less Than One Week Before the Event: * If you cancel your booking less than seven days before the event date, no refund will be issued for the deposit. Please note that cancellations must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] to ensure proper documentation and processing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.

August 2024A gem of Bromley, Bromley night life is young but this place feels like it’s been there forever a real gem. Proper quality well made drinks with a real speakeasy vibe on the top floor nothing bad to say about it at all. The blond dude was really cool as well. Great dj on the bottom floor just a little empty for a club. If the place picks up in popularity it’ll be spot to go. Will definitely be back

October 2024Staff were great, the manager was great. I booked the VIP Lounge for a surprise proposal with 20 guests. Staff were great with allowing us in to set up and they packed down the decor ready for us to collect the next day. I will be coming back for meetings often. I am a regular visitor of Cocktail Embassy in Crystal Palace.

August 2024We had reserved an area upstairs which was very nice with a chill atmosphere. The bar staff were polite and helpful. My only negative would be, I went to the bar to order a drink and the barmaid asked me to sit down and a member of staff would be over to take my order. When it came to payment I was charged £16 for my drink, which on the menu was only £13.50, and when asked about the increase she said it was a service charge. I know its London, but its not that fancy of a place or area to reflect paying that amount for a cocktail. If it hadn't been my friends hen do I would have argued it.
