Cancellation policy
At Cocktail Akademia, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. However, due to the nature of event planning, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations Made More Than One Month in Advance: * If you need to cancel your booking more than one month before the event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. 2. Cancellations Made Within One Month to One Week Before the Event: * If you cancel your booking between one month and one week prior to the event date, 50% of your deposit will be refundable. 3. Cancellations Made Less Than One Week Before the Event: * If you cancel your booking less than seven days before the event date, no refund will be issued for the deposit. Please note that cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@cocktailakademia.com to ensure proper documentation and processing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.

January 2025First time being here. Was served by an amazing waiter who goes by the name of Hans, made me an amazing Pina Colada. Such a friendly atmosphere and amazing staff. Would definitely recommend coming here. The atmosphere is that great, you forget you're still in Bromley.

The manager’s ongoing support and the team’s incredible flexibility on the day made all the difference in pulling off a successful night. Every request we made was met with positivity and professionalism. A special shoutout to Hans and Evelina, who were absolutely fantastic—they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and their dedication truly stood out. From start to finish, the team’s professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. They created a seamless and fantastic experience for everyone involved.
