Came here for a Sunday roast. It was an excellent experience. The quality of food was absolutely amazing. The chicken and beef were one of the best served anywhere. The rectangular cut thin fries, vegetables, and creamy cauliflower were very tasty.. The surprising part is that it is not yet marketed very well. It is better than any Sunday roast in the Central London area. Above all, it is reasonably priced, given the fact that it is in such a good hotel, in a prime and happening location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The staff/guest ratio is very high as well. I am certainly looking forward to coming here again and again.

This hotel really wowed my wife and I. Great service the whole stay. Walked into our stylish room to find a bottle of English sparking wine on ice, and the bbc symphony channel playing on the bedside radio. Room was spacious for London standards, and the bathroom had a fancy Japanese Toilet! Really nice touch. Property was just as impressive with a classy lobby bar, and a rooftop bar. I used the pool in the morning too, which is rarer to find in this city. Good size and relaxing. We did the in-room breakfast, lots of delicious options. In a great happening area of London. Wish we were staying longer. Next time we return to London we will definitely be staying here again. 10/10.

My mum & I stayed at the Londoner in September, and this was definitely one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff were amazing & so accommodating, specifically Arabella on reception who went above & beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. She is so lovely & a real credit to the team at the Londoner. Arabella gave us a tour of the hotel & directed us to the residence bar, where we were able to enjoy a wine & some tapas. The room was fabulous, the bed was so comfy!!! Would definitely stay again!

Having travelled to quite a few European and non-European cities, this was the most unique experience I ever had at a hotel. Clean, tidy and quiet rooms. The personnel was always polite and pleasant to help and made us feel like home. Our 15 months old daughter was so excited to meet everyone and the personnel was always happy to see her and play around with her. As all is a matter of hospitality, I would definitely recommend the Londoner to anyone seeking a unique stay at the center of London and a place to feel safe, welcome and home during their stay. Will definitely be choosing the Londoner for my stay on my next visit in London. Once again, thank you to all the staff that made our stay so beautiful. Five stars is not enough!!! :)

Wonderful location. Nice hotel and the people working their are fantastic. I have marked them down a little as this is braded a super boutique hotel and I don't want to sound picky but if they give you a coffee pod machine in your room, you need some coffee pods to put in it, also the AC did not work on our first night and it was so hot. Please don't let this put you off, the people and location are fantastic.
