Afternoon tea at The Landmark London remains one of the most sought after in town. This is due to the Winter Garden, which showcases the property’s opulent Victorian design.
The same stateliness echoes through its Grand Ballroom – picture high, stucco ceilings and white-marble columns – which turns conferences and banquets into elegant affairs. At the small end of its room lineup, groups can check into the Tower Suite for well-heeled private dinners or big-wig meetings in tasteful grey-velvet chairs. With Marylebone station a few metres from the hotel’s covered entrance, arriving by rail is a perfectly pleasant endeavour.

March 2025Stayed here last October and left some stuffs in the room. I called the team a week after to check for the item and they found it. They said they’ll keep the item and they said I can take it whenever. Fast forward 5 months later, I only got the time to take the lost stuffs just in case they still keep it. I didn’t really expect to get it back as it’s been a while but to my surprise, they still keep it! The staffs are helpful, welcoming and kind (as always) and the place is as nice, clean and smells as great as I remember. Would love to go back and stay here again!

February 2025Our stay at this hotel was AMAZING! We booked a room here to get ready before our wedding and for our wedding night. We had a free upgrade to the Landmark Suite and we were just blown away. Every member of staff we interacted with were friendly, polite and helpful. One member of staff that stood out was Rupert on the front door. He arranged a taxi for us and was extremely accommodating and left a lovely impression on us. We plan on coming back for our wedding anniversaries as we had such a great experience. Thank you so much to everyone at The Landmark.

March 2025We recently held our Marylebone Civil Ceremony reception dinner at the Landmark and it was fantastic. The ease of crossing the road from the registry to the Landmark made the experience so calm. The ambience, the food and the five star service were unmatched. I cannot fault the staff with their attention to detail. From the restaurant reservations team, to the waiting staff, their service was excellent. A special thank you to John for running a smooth dinner and always going above and beyond. We also stayed the night at the Landmark and Millie assisted my husband with all our needs. She was courteous, attentive and again willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay at the Landmark. We will definitely be staying again soon! The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet!

March 2025Very nice hotel within a perfect distance to central, both by foot and by bus or tube. Notably, the staff are great. The concierge and Melaku were especially very helpful during an incident where an item was lost (but recovered thanks to them)! Not a fan of the restaurant, very limited options. Would not recommend the gnocchi or chicken but the sea bass was lovely. The place is gorgeous and smells great too!

February 2025I've visited the Landmark Hotel many time's with my family over the years. Sadly despite it being such a beautiful building with lovely interiors and ambiance I won't be coming back due to the extremely slow and snotty service. The last two times I have been for a drink and a bite to eat; once with my mother at Christmas and a friend the other day, we have been completely disregarded by the staff, having to go and find someone to order and then waiting over half an hour for our drinks. But it was this most recent visit that actually upset and offended me, changing my mind about ever returning to The Landmark. I first went over to one of the waiting members of staff to ask if someone could come over to take our order when they have a minute, we waited a while and no one arrived. So I then flagged down a passing member of staff who appeared more senior, to ask if we could order a drink, who gave me the impression that this request was a nuisance (after me seeing her smiling and attending a older white gentleman who didn't want anything, so clearly we didn't "fit" the clientele she wanted to serve) This was made more clear when once giving our order, she snootily suggested we go down to the pub downstairs instead. I was honestly shocked as it was clear what she was implying. I really hate that kind of snobby behaviour which seems to have got worse with every visit. We were dressed perfectly smartly but I get the impression that unless you are dressed head to toe in designer or scream money there is no need for your business. The order we placed again never arrived and after sitting there for over half an hour we got up and left. I had some understanding at Christmas because it's a busy time but the most recent visit was no excuse. It wasn't even busy and I saw plenty of members of staff. So despite the lovely ambience, unless you look like you are going to splash the cash, save your money and go elsewhere and get treated with a little more respect.
