Thistle Kensington Gardens provides an ideal venue for business meetings, family occasions and other events. Our largest function, the Park & Porchester Room, seats up to 45 people theatre-style, making it suitable for presentations and larger meetings, with views over Kensington Gardens.
We have a further room suitable for board and team meetings, training sessions, presentations, interviews and private dining. Large windows let in lots of natural light, helping to keep everyone feeling fresh and superb views over Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens makes this a wonderful venue for a wedding reception.
The Park and Porchester room can be divided into two equal size sections, each accommodating up to 12 people boardroom style, and is ideal for smaller meetings and interviews. These two rooms can be used as syndicate rooms as well.

October 2024I had a great time. I booked the bigger room, amd asked to change because of the street noise. But the second room was great. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay great. The location is as good as it can get, across the park and in central.

October 2024Had a 3 night stay in a standard double room. Room was a little small with limited space for luggage but there was space under the bed. Overall the room was typical for a traveller. A great location. Close to Hyde Park (across the road) and Notting Hill. All staff we encountered were very friendly and attentive. Overall a great hotel and would stay again.

October 2024Excellent location for a vacation to London. Very close to a beautiful royal park, two underground lines and multiple bus lines. Very nice selection of restaurants and more reasonably priced souvenir shops. The rooms are fine, but we did notice some stains on the floors and bedding, but for the price this can be overlooked.

October 2024Reception was so friendly and helpful. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar was a pleasant surprise. Clean, lovely hotel in a useful location - unfortunately above a petrol station which spoilt the whole lot for me personally.
