January 2025Pratik was the person who checked us in, and he was so helpful and friendly, he offered us an upgrade on our room free of charge. Our stay was very comfortable, we slept soundly as we had a comfortable quiet room in central London, it was so conveniently located for heading to all locations by foot, train and bus. Highly recommend to stay here.

February 2025My recent stay at the Radisson in London left something to be desired. While the location may be convenient, the specific room I was assigned significantly impacted my experience. Located on the first floor, directly in front of the elevator, my room was far from peaceful. The constant noise from the elevator, coupled with the sounds of luggage being dragged down the nearby stairs, made for a disruptive environment. Even though the pub noise ceased early, the internal disturbances were enough to affect my sleep. Adding to the discomfort, the bed and pillows were not up to par. They lacked the comfort needed for a restful night, further diminishing the quality of my stay.

February 2025Without a doubt, I experienced a robbery or human trafficking attempt here by certain members of staff. Every morning around 8 or 9 AM, I would receive a call from "housekeeping" to make sure — in their words — that I'm comfortable and don't need anything. Each morning, I repeatedly asked them not to call my room anymore. Then, when I was out and my mother was still in the room, a man who had key card access barged into the room. Upon seeing my mother, who he was not expecting, he said, "Uh, I'll be right back," and left indefinitely. Upon my return, I spoke to the front desk about it, and the random phone calls and barge-ins stopped though no further action or acknowledgement was taken.
