Central Health Physiotherapy's gym is located in the heart of the legal district in Chancery Lane. It is surrounded by law firms, barrister chambers and offices who would rather not take too much time out of the office to reach their fitness classes and personal training. Sadly we have no shower facilities, but many offices in the vicinity have showers in-house.

August 2024Booked sports massage on very short notice as visiting from out of town. Saw Kal who pinpointed the issue and gave me instant relief, allowing me to attend an event I'd travelled down for without the need for my mobility aids.

July 2024I was recommended to Lisa for my lower back pain. She gave me treatment like acupuncture and massage which were really helpful. Plus the exercises she taught me to do on a daily base significantly reduced the uncomfortableness. Lisa was so nice and I felt like I was treated like a friend more than a patient. In general, the service was really and I highly recommend this place for physiotherapy.
