Apart from individual water bottles, each delegate will receive their own stationery prior to the meeting.
All rooms and areas are frequently deep cleaned and disinfected with hand sanitising stations available in each meeting room.
Clayton Hotel Chiswick is situated in the heart of West London, with 227 contemporary guest bedrooms, a stylish bar and popular restaurant. There are 8 state-of-the-art meetings and event spaces and a 24-hour fitness suite. Through clever design, all meeting and event spaces enjoy natural daylight and are equipped with digital screens and brand new audio visual technology, as well as comfortable and supportive chairs. Our meeting spaces are perfect for 10 - 70 delegates and the stunning Chiswick Ballroom can host up to 330 guests.
The Boardroom is 37 meters squared, on our ground floor and can hold up to 6 delegates, boardroom style only. The room has natural daylight and is equipped with a click and share system, as well as a TV screen.

February 2019Arrived at hotel, check in was swift, we had an executive room, which was fantastic, in all of the hotels I have stayed in, this room was fab, BUT the Bathroom was one of the biggest I have seen, it was beautiful, we were attending a function on the Saturday night, the food was fabulous, staff very polite. We will come back to this hotel. Excellent

December 2024Great hotel, good service, really appreciated the secure underground car parking. Excellent location for easy access to London. We've never been to Chiswick before but enjoyed the location, the shops and the restaurants. We will definitely visit again and stay at Clayton House again.

November 2024Their breakfast service is awesome and all the employees are really nice and caring, especially Geveena, she is super sweet and lovely. I stayed there for 5 nights and Geveena took care of us like family. She is like that with all the customers. I highly recommend having breakfast in the hotel. Good quality food with positive cheery service sets you for a great start of the day. Thank you for your hospitality. Their beds were super comfortable and I had a good night sleep. This is coming from a light sleeper. Loved their Comforters too.

November 2024Great hotel although it can be pricey it’s worth it- the peace of mind having such great security of the car park and the excellent service here from staff is appreciated. (Especially the Breakfast team that are the highlight of my stay. ) a new restaurant menu has made a huge difference to my regular visits as someone with allergies. Well located near the station and Chiswick Park with great working areas and space.

Additionally the hostess who checked me in ( delayed flight missed original checking by 10 hours) was exceptionally kind and understanding. She work very hard to resolve with the rest of the hotel staff and got me into a room in less than an hour, honoring my reservation though it was marked as no show. Special thanks to Charlotte!

December 2024Really nice hotel, the room was lovely and very comfortable - had all the essentials. Breakfast was nice there was lots of choice. Only annoying thing was the key card stopped working on the check out day earlier than planned so after going for breakfast I couldn't get back into my room
