Arrived at hotel, check in was swift, we had an executive room, which was fantastic, in all of the hotels I have stayed in, this room was fab, BUT the Bathroom was one of the biggest I have seen, it was beautiful, we were attending a function on the Saturday night, the food was fabulous, staff very polite. We will come back to this hotel. Excellent

The restaurant was excellent for Christmas Day lunch this year. The food was very good and the service some of the best that I have experienced for many years. The young Manageress was particularly helpful. I cannot praise it too highly.

We held our toddler’s birthday at the Grill restaurant at Clayton, and it was fabulous! The hotel has quite a few good looking venues ranging widely in size and style, and we found the staff quite accommodating to specific needs. We were able to chose a menu we liked and the food served was excellent. The staff were amazing. Great location close to Gunnersbury station and with choices of parking too, and on the vibrant Chiswick High Road.

Stayed here for one night in a double. We had a single and double bed in a very large room. The beds were amazing, very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh! A lovely selection of complementary drinks and biscuits. The staff were very friendly and professional. The morning buffet breakfast offered a huge choice and was served in a comfortable dining area. It just needed a little more lighting, as the room was a bit dark. Close to the tube station and on the high street, which offered a few shops with a very nice pub nearby!

They push a lot to check-in early and offer some extra amenities, but since it was a business trip, I didn't want to tack some of them onto the room. Unfortunately, this also means you don't get the benefit of the discounts. Nice, modern hotel. Had to pay with a credit card rather than a EU bank card, which I would have preferred. The room was spacious, although freezing. The air turned off and on during the night, which meant there was a lot of temperature fluctuations. The beds were comfortable, but didn't sleep so well, because the room went from cold, to hot, to cold. Breakfast was pretty good. Typical English breakfast on offer. Very friendly, attentive staff in the breakfast area.

Fantastic stay, rooms were ready on arrival. The online check in and key card automation worked seamlessly. Both rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. Location to Gunnersbury tube was super convenient with a short walk to the local shops very handy. Highly recommended and I will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a lovely hotel in the perfect place for us to go to a concert at Gunnersbury Park. We had a very nice, modern exec room with sky TV, a huge bath and a separate shower. A large, very comfortable bed. Despite being before a very busy A road, you couldn't hear any noise at all. It was very easy to check in and out, online. Great tasting breakfast also available, which is cheaper to book the night before.
