Cancellation policy
If the Client cancels the Event, the Club reserves the right to charge a percentage of the estimated cost of the Event as booked to the Client in the event of a cancellation using the following scale: 160 - 120 days prior the event: 25% of the estimate 119 - 60 days prior the event: 75% of the estimate 59 days prior to the date of the event: 100% of the estimate The final cancellation charges will be confirmed by the Event Manager prior to the refund of any deposit amount to the Client.

May 2024I walked by and went inside to attend a school event and I was impressed by how nice is the environment, and how well it is taken care of. Lovely parcs / green areas, fantastic tennis courts (clay, grass etc ...), superb playground for children ... and I have not seen everything. It is definitely a lovely place. I wish they had not closed their membership program a few years ago.

June 2024Great space for the summer ball with live auction. The grounds were lovely. We had drinks in the garden with a chamber choir performing. Brilliant evening at the Hurlingham Club.
