    Room and location are fine and that’s the one star rating. However dealing with Regus has been terrible. I did not receive access to my room at the start of my contract for 3 days. Raising this I have been finally told after 5months they will not reimburse me because it is their house rules and they are not culpable. Similarly they duplicated a direct debit from my account and then hit me with a late fine of £115 when I cancelled my direct debit with them. They had my money but didn’t reconcile it correctly so were unable to confirm they had the extra payment. Again after 5months I have been told that they are hiding behind the house rules and cannot remove the fine. After 3months of my first 6mth contract they informed me the rent was going to increase at renewal. I cannot speak to anyone about these issues, everything is over a shared email and when they reply my case is closed meaning I have to open a new one every time. Truly awful customer service but since I have invested in my room it is difficult to leave. Stay away from Regus if you want a firm that supports its customers. Stay away from Regus if you want any kind of customer service. I can only speak from my experience but it is not a company that values its clientele.
