January 2025We stayed at this hotel twice over a 3 week period. Whilst the rooms are a little dated they are clean and stocked with all the amenities one needs. We did experience some difficulty with the first room but spoke directly with the duty manger Barbara who resolved the matter and gave her personal reassurance that the matter wouldn't happen again. It was Barbara's personal approach and strong customer service that earned our trust. We dined at the restaurant on several occasions during the stay and highly recommend the Eye Fillet.

February 2025We had a great stay. From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at check in (I believe his name was Pedro) made us feel incredibly welcome. He was friendly, professional, and set the tone for a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable, definitely worth the price. It had everything we needed and more, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location great. Every staff member we encountered was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return

December 2024I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in London Euston Square, and while my experience had its highlights, there were also areas that could use improvement. The entrance and lobby area were lovely, modern, and definitely gave off a polished 4-star vibe. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating—they even upgraded my room, which was a much-appreciated gesture. The room itself was comfortable, but it felt a bit dated compared to the elegant ground-floor spaces. The carpets were noticeably worn, and I did encounter some hair in the bath, which was disappointing. While the room served its purpose, it felt more like a 3-star experience than the 4-star standard reflected elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere stood out, but a refresh of the rooms would go a long way in aligning the entire experience with the hotel's potential.

January 2025The staff was excellent, and the breakfast was good. They may be doing some updates, but my room was very dated, with torn carpet and old, dingy, and cracked tiles. The bed was comfortable. There were no outlets at the bedside. The TV was not a smart TV for streaming, which is almost standard now at a hotel of this price range. If you stay in a room facing the street, it can be noisy. The location was good. Close to a tube and many options for food and shopping. 15 minutes to walk to the middle of the SOHO activities.

February 2025Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was good, with a few freshly cooked options available. The room was tiny, dated, and noisy. You could barely sit at the desk to work as the chair hit the single bed as the room was so small. TV, but no mirror to dry hair or get ready. I realise this is London, but the so-called quiet section at the back of the hotel suffers from constant delivery cages rattling up and down all through the night and people hanging out in the alley. I was on the 2nd floor and could feel and hear the subway train every few minutes.
