Gallery Different, Ground Floor

Gallery Different is based in the heart of Fitzrovia and is a contemporary fine art gallery exhibiting painting, sculpture, drawing, print, photography and mixed media from British and International artists. It has 2000 square feet of exhibition space and is available for hire on a weekly or daily basis. It is also a great event space either for a launch event or a private party of corporate reception. The venue has two levels with 1200 square feet ground floor with window onto Percy Street and lower ground floor with 800 square feet. Capacity is 200+ either for dry hire or fully catered.

As we are a fully functioning art gallery, the space is perfect for a pop up art exhibition or an event space. The accoustics are very good which benefit accoustic performances, and the premises have a PA system with speakers throughout for ambient music or for amplified presentations. This Space provides 1200 square feet and approximately 45 metre of usable wall space plus a 4 metre window at street level and skylight to the rear. It has a natural pine wooden floor with gas fired under floor heating. There are 21 double sockets, three electric 4 speed ceiling fans and ceiling mounted track lighting. There is also a toilet and kitchen with sink and drainer, two double sockets and fridge.
