The Smallest Meeting Room can fit up to 15 delegates comfortably and is ideal for corporate meetings or small workshops. It is available to hire for the whole day. Its decor is modern and minimal, and it benefits from lots of natural light. Hire fee includes a flipchart, teas, coffees, water, stationery and a projector.     Fairly good Holiday Inn Express, with clean and pleasant rooms. The bed was not the most comfortable in the world, but equally not the worst. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is fairly convenient, and whilst Finchley Central Station is about a 15 minute walk, you can easily get the bus from right outside the hotel. From there, central London is about half an hour away. One of the best things about this hotel is the free parking during your stay, and if you decide to leave your car after you check out it is only £1 per hour! Which is extremely convenient.

    We paid £104 for our room. When we got in on a late check-in, we noticed a strong smell of urine. There was two big stains feeling wet on the carpet. We immediately complained to reception who came up and said the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't have another room, so they gave us a febreeze bottle and let us sleep with that horrid smell! In the morning we went to the reception to complain and check-out. In the 30minutes it took them to deal with our complain, we saw 2 other people complaining about incorrect billing and bed bugs. The receptionist wasn't very useful and the manager offered us a 20% discount; considering we had to sleep in a room that smelt of pee, that wasn't good enough. Also, at breakfast, there was a lot of people and not enough table so we had to clean a table ourselves to make space. Really, not somewhere I would ever go again and not a good experience with Holiday Inn Express!
