Couldn’t fault the hotel. Rooms are lovely and spacious, house keeping is great they even do a nightly turn down service. Breakfast was great, a good selection of food available. Room service is prompt and food is delicious. We would recommend this to anyone for a family stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge Hotel. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the hotel allowed us to book in earlier than usual for a £40 fee, which was really helpful. We could drop our bags, take a shower and make the most of our day instead of wait around for check-in time. The room was clean and well appointed, with a complimentary coffee machine, teas, still and sparkling water, and even shortbread cookies. The room had a bath and shower with multiple heads. The one weird thing was that the mini fridge/bar was locked and we could only get it unlocked by going down to reception again and placing a credit card on file. It seems like it might be a better business practice to do that upfront and keep the mini fridge open for guests to consume (and pay for) whatever is inside. Maybe it is not that big of a revenue stream so they are just keeping it locked. The spa was great and we managed to get some nice hot stone massages to unwind from the flight. One drawback was that a lot of hotel guests use the pool situated next to the spa, so the restroom floors were always wet. But that was expected from such a busy hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend it for those who want to be close to Tower Bridge or the financial district.

I had booked a one night stay for myself to have some down time. I had requested a room with a view when booking and the view was of the block opposite. Check in was easy and I had booked an extra hour late check out as I had booked in at a nearby spa for the Saturday. Robes were uncomfortable and had dirty marks on them. Coffee pod machine didn’t work when I went to use it in the morning. Wanted to order room service and a drink to the room and was told I wasn’t able to order drinks and would have to go down to the bar myself. I called reception and was told that wasn’t correct. I ended up cancelling the room service as it took over 50 mins and I had to be up early. Next morning I used the gym and swimming pool which was nice but when I went back up to my room to get ready, I found a bed bug on my bed! When I went down to reception to let them know I was offered my late checkout fee back and a bottle of water. Plans for the day ruined and even after emailing customer services I have received no correspondence.

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge for a night as a birthday treat and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. As an autistic guest, I specified my needs when booking, but was met with multiple issues that left me feeling disrespected and deeply anxious. First, upon arrival, I witnessed an aggressive incident involving another guest, which was frightening and left me feeling unsafe. Despite reporting it to staff, nothing was done to address the situation, which delayed my check-in process. Later, I was told the hot tub I was looking forward to using wasn’t working and no solution was offered until I was sent to a nearby partner hotel. The transport took an hour to arrange, and despite the hotel covering my cab fare, the lack of communication and assistance left me waiting for 40 minutes and feeling stranded. To make matters worse, my massage was cut short by 8 minutes, and I didn’t receive the full service I paid for. The staff showed no understanding or empathy for my autism, and instead of offering support, I was met with rude, dismissive behavior. The overall treatment was unprofessional and insensitive. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with special needs or looking for a relaxing experience. I’ve never felt so disregarded as a guest, and the lack of respect for my condition made this stay incredibly stressful and disappointing.
