March 2025We were attending an event at the excel and chose the hotel on price and location, but we absolutely loved our stay! The hotel has a really chill and welcoming vibe and all the staff have been amazing! So friendly and helpful. On the face of it it seems a way out of London, but the Elizabeth line is so fast that we would consider staying here for London trips too! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable.

February 2025Two nights stay with fantastic service from all especially Lilia looked after us exceptionally well. Had an upgrade due to my platinum status and also breakfast. Hotel was in excellent condition and very clean and our room was lovely big bed and great bathroom and lovely views. Wanted to watch the wales v France rugby game and we were set up right in front of a television screen while we eat a lovely meal all four of us enjoyed our meals. We were meeting up with our grandson and his girlfriend, Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

March 2025Modern, clean and enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is great and rooms are spacious. The area itself is questionable and do not recommend walking from the Custom House Elizabeth Line station. It is perfect for events at the o2 arena and Excel. Shout out to the check-in staff who were great, we were treated to a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary and really appreciated it. Gym, pool and spa facilities are an added bonus!

February 2025We needed to be the near the Excel Center and this was close with the king bed. So glad I booked this hotel! Several in our conference had booked other hotels and ended up moving to this one. Lilia, Silviya, and Vivien were spectacular hosts at the front desk. Super caring and attentive to every detail. We weren't crazy about the lunch choices, but breakfast was lovely. Our room was quiet and they brought extra hangers very quickly. We thought it was a great choice, especially for the price. My husband used the gym and wasn't too impressed with it, but found it adequate. Unfortunately, the first time there it was packed. His second time in, one other guy spent his entire time speaking loudly in his phone, walking around. Weird.

March 2025The Hotel is very clean and modern with all the normal mod cons you would expect of a crown Plaza. staff are very helpful and aim to please. Location is great if you are visiting the EXEL for an event. The down side was the adding of service charge when you order a drink at the bar. adding £1 to already high prices and not informing you of this extra charge. visiting the bar a few times on a evening could get very expenses due to the charge. if you ask the staff to remove it they will. But extra charges like this should be highlighted when you purchase your drinks or food and not applied with out knowledge.
