April 2025Lovely pub with a great atmosphere. There’s a good selection of sandwiches on the menu that they do very well. The staff were really friendly on my visit and I’d definitely go back.

March 2025Here’s a great review for Clerkenwell Tavern: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Clerkenwell Tavern! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The drink selection was fantastic, with a great variety of beers, wines, and cocktails. The food was even better, delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor.

February 2025A grand curved corner pub eloquently balancing modern bar, traditional hint, real restaurant, relax here vibes. Narrow doors & large square windows look out over a large outdoor drinking space with awnings. Inside the box bar sits out of the way adjacent to an open, box kitchen & quiet corner alcoved space. A beautiful back bar signature piece of carved wood & light connects to the heritage. Modern caged lamps hang from a plain ceiling over plenty of low seating & some perch points. Low leather stools & pews are positioned under gilt edged large mirrors, cuts of meat maps, exposed brick walls and some smart recycled wood panelling. The service was friendly, warm & welcome, unobtrusive & the vibe fits the subtle tunes, low lights & interesting, relevant artworks. A neighbourhood well loved tavern with a peaceful balance of restaurant pub for relaxing.
