VUE West End now has a large open space on the ground floor and most screens are upstairs. This large space looks like it would be good for wheelchair users and screen five is also on the ground level. I have taken a photo of some of the screen five seating area and included it here. Both screen five and seven are the larger auditoriums at this venue. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Movie sound and picture was excellent. All of my group including myself agreed that we would visit VUE West End again.

Nice cinema with friendly staff. Have seen a few films now and all reasonably priced under £10. Snacks, drinks and other food here is quite expensive

Our favourite cinema in the west end. Lots of screens with decent sizes. Great reclining seats for £11. Staff are helpful. Using the app to book is very easy.

Toilets were a bit grim visiting today at 5pm, also watching search for spock, the volume sometimes got so loud it distorted in my ears. But the recliners were nice and an issue with the drinks machines was resolved quickly. Was worried seats on the front row of screen 1 would be too close to the screen but was no issue

They don’t bother cleaning in between screenings so it’s more dirty than a pig sty! Far too many people on their phones and again staff do nothing about it, the volume is extremely loud to the point it’s just painful, so ear plugs are recommended ( I’m in my 30s ). Booking system is easy and the ticket price is good for the area, but unless you want to feel extreme anxiety for several hours while sitting in filth it’s worth avoiding
