SERVICES We shall supply the Services to you during the Event, subject to any specific timings set out above (or otherwise agreed in writing before the Event). In supplying the Services, we shall: perform them with reasonable care and skill; and comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations from time to time in force. DEPOSIT A security deposit constituting 100% of the Total Spend must be paid by the Hirer on signing the contract to confirm the event. Please note this contract shall come into effect on the later of the date of this agreement, or the date that the deposit has been paid to our account in cleared funds. CHARGES & PAYMENT The Hirer agrees to pay the Fees (less the deposit already paid) laid out above, including for the avoidance of doubt the minimum bar spend plus any additional costs charged for services requested in line with schedule 2, on receipt of a valid VAT invoice to be settled prior to the Event. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Event is cancelled because of COVID-19 restrictions making it unlawful, the parties will work in good faith to agree a new date for the Event. If this cannot be agreed, we will refund any Fees already paid by the Hirer, less a reasonable contribution to any costs we have already incurred for the Event that cannot be cancelled (not exceeding 50% of our costs). We may cancel this agreement with immediate effect by giving the Hirer notice in writing if: the Hirer fails to pay any amount due under this agreement on the due date for payment; or the Hirer commits a material breach of any term of this Agreement. DAMAGE & LIABILITY The Hirer agrees to pay the full cost of making good any damage to the Hire Area caused by the acts or defaults of the Hirer, its agents, officers, subcontractors, or guests, subject to provision of receipts and such costs being reasonable. Excepting reasonable wear and tear and usual cleaning, any deep cleaning required following your Event or bulky goods removal will be charged separately in accordance with Schedule 2. The Hirer agrees to remove all items, articles and objects not belonging to the Venue Manager from the Hire Area within an agreed timeframe following the Hire Time to avoid additional charges being levied.

Went as a group of 10 and had an absolutely fantastic evening at Carrubo - great drinks and very vibey! A big shoutout to Michelle, (who was a WONDERFUL host) and her team for taking great care of us! They were so friendly and really made our night extra special. Cannot wait to return to Carrubo, which is our new favourite spot in London - we would highly recommend! Thank you :D

Absolutely terrible experience. Used to come here a lot and they had forget-me-not cocktails on the menu, as pictured. I asked the woman at the bar for one and a lemonade. She laughed in my face and scoffed, shoved the menu in my hands and said “that’s all we’ve got”. She was totally uninterested and unbelievably rude. When I asked why she laughed in my face, she continued to be rude and ignored me and served someone else. I was quite speechless. Despite them no longer being on the menu, their new menu even says some cocktails are “available on request”, the woman at the bar didn’t want to help or listen at all however and was very hostile towards me. She could have just politely said they don’t do them anymore, that would have been absolutely fine. I work in hospitality in a busy bar in central London, I would never speak to someone like she did to me, especially when not even warranted. I asked to speak to the guy in charge and he said he’d come speak to me in “5mins”, he never did, even though I could see him relaxing and chatting at the bar. Overall it was a terrible experience and I will never go there again. I’ll be telling my friends the same. I’m sure they’ll come back to this review with some poor response full of excuses but ultimately the woman in question shouldn’t work in hospitality and the manager should be ashamed of himself for not apologising.
