December 2024rooms are really nice and clean and spacious. They are a bit 'dated' and you do get a bit of wear and tear especially on some of the access panelling. First time staying in Canary Wharf and it was Amazing, will def visit again. Bar staff were delightful and amazing, most of restaurant staff were too, and general hotel staff were also pleasant to interact with. Amazing location can't be overstated

March 2025I had a fantastic stay and felt very at home. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt looked after, even making me a special little breakfast before I left early in the morning! Special thanks to the concierge Antonio who was incredibly lovely and helpful! I hope he gets that engineering position but it will be a shame to not have him in guest facing roles :) Thank you to everyone in the hotel, FO, Inroom dining, Breakfast, Housekeeping and Concierge !! Amazing stay, amazing location and amazing food !!

March 2025Wow, what a fabulous hotel to stay in London. First time stay in a Mariott Hotel & definitely won't be my last! Absolutely spotless throughout, all staff were so pleasant, friendly & could not do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice & the omelette I had made by the chef tasted delicious. Thank you all. I hope to return again when next visiting London.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it really added to the overall comfort of our stay. A special mention to the restaurant team – they were incredibly helpful and polite, providing top-notch service and making sure we had everything we needed.
