Situated within the North entrance of the hotel, direct access to the venue is via the hotel’s central courtyard making it an ideal location for large exhibitions. Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your event the following charges will apply; Between 8 to 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 50% of the total booking value Between 4 to 2 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 80% of the total booking value Between 14 days - 3 business days before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 90% of the total booking value Less than 2 business days - 100% of the booking value The percentage of booking value is based on either room hire or the delegate package rate. If numbers & menu are not confirmed then percentage will be based on the number given at the booking stage. All cancellations must be received in writing. An event date change is considered a cancellation therefore the cancellation policy will apply.

    What a lovely experience. The rooms was just enough of what you need. Located near SOHO which offered great night life and many food options. This hotel is also very close to train stops and bus stops which make traveling smooth. Right outside you'll find a great pub and a pizza spot for quick food. Also amazing coffee shops near by. You could also easily walk over to the British Museum!

    This hotel is clean and central which is what I wanted. Whilst it is basic the rooms are spotless and beds are comfortable. There was hot water and clean towels. I thought we were gonna be in for a night of noise but it didn't last long and we had sound sleeps for 3 nights. I would recommend this hotel for the value of money and accessibility to anywhere in London. Any staff I spoke to were very friendly and very helpful. The bar on the grounds is v expensive so I'd avoid that. Thanks for a lovely stay

    I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights, and we had a great time. A week after we got home, my mom realized she had left her earrings in the room. We contacted the hotel, and they were super helpful and quick to respond. The staff had found the earrings and kept them safe for us. I really appreciate their honesty and effort—thank you so much to the team! The location is fantastic, right in central London. The hotel may look a bit old, but the room was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the city. Highly recommend!

    Huge hotel with nice rooms, very nice bar with lovely, tasty food and friendly staff. Location is perfect, very close to the tube station Russell Square. One minus is the noise at night (during a day as well) from the street, hospital has to be nearby because we could hear ambulance 24h a day - room's windows it is a problem.

    Our room faced a busy road that’s noisy, the vent in the bathroom was filthy. The instructions for the lift weren’t told verbally upon booking which would have been useful as we had our 5 year old son with us. We were staying the night before surgery at GOSH which the staff were aware of. It would have been thoughtful to let us know even though there is a sign in the lift to state this, we were too stressed to see it/acknowledge it. Just the added extra touch would have helped. Location was good for our purpose but depending on where your room is, if it’s next to Southampton Row you’re in for a noisy night!
