Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury, Rosette Suite

John Paul has provided exceptional customer service to us! He was very understanding and worked diligently to resolve an initially very stressful issue we encountered. The rooms are also spotlessly clean and spacious, and they have so many breakfast options. We’ve also been to many other hotels and they are the first to also provide slippers and bathrobes for guests. I would recommend this Holiday Inn location to everyone! John Paul has made our Christmas 2024 vacation absolutely wonderful!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially a lovely girl named IDA, whose greeting alone turned my breakfast on a cold February London morning into a warm and smiling one. It's nice to see good kind people who love their job and treat customers with respect and kindness. Thank you very much IDA!

Very pleased with our stay. Arrived early morning and our room was available so able to change and leave luggage straight away Breakfast very good Ahmed kept our luggage safely on departure day until we returned to collect. Also he was very helpful and informative on what we could do till departure
