I booked a one night stay for my boyfriend's birthday and we had a lovely time. We got the boat from Battersea Power Station to North Greenwich then the cable car over the river. We walked to the hotel from there and found it relatively easily. The check in was easy and receptionist thoughtful. The room itself was amazing, the view of the 02 was fantastic. Note: you have to select which room you want at time of booking. Nespresso machine & tea facilities were great. It was quite hot in the room when we first got there (22 degrees) but we put the A/C on and opened the window which was much more pleasant. The bathroom was wonderful, great waterfall shower and the bath was luxurious! We couldn't open the bathroom window but we thought this might be for safety issues. The bed was awesome! Absolutely huge! Overall, a really lovely stay and would definitely return!

Fantastic hotel! I stayed in the premium room with river view and it was absolutely beautiful spacious comfortable clean with a nice view. Great location just a few minutes drive from Canary Wharf and roughly 30-40 to central London. The spa (Sauna, Steam & relaxation room) was perfect.

Great place to stay, felt quite luxurious! Bit of a walk (19 mins from canary wharf) We got a luxury view with a spacious room and very nice large bed so had a comfortable sleep. Ice maker in hallway was a brilliant idea!

Staff where lovely, polite professional and kind. The hotel was clean modern, fresh (although a little sterile) , the rooms spacious, clean, modern. However, the bathroom basin was blocked, there was no milk for the coffee or tea. The Nespresso machine is a great idea but sometimes you just want a cup of coffee. (I know I could have asked for the milk however, I only drink it when I wake, so I only realised at 630am and I'm not going to make a fuss at that time). The room was exceptionally hot, I appreciate that this is fine for most people. So to address this, I tired to open window, unfortunately I couldn't, so I turned down the thermostat however the aircon was exceptionally loud. Fan probably needs cleaning or some minor maintenance. If I'm at the 02 again I will use this hotel. It's a lovely hotel with only a few minor issues and attention to detail that could be addressed at the cleaning, room preparation stage, this prevented the 5* rating.

The hotel is beautiful lovely art work inside. Warm and elegant. Interior is beautiful. The king room I booked was lovely very good size had everything you needed. I enjoyed the spa very relaxing was the highlight of my stay. The only cons is the receptionist provided me with wrong information at the start of the stay and got very defensive when I told her that she provided me with this information upon arrival. Just improve on customer service and It may have gotten a 5 star. Cleaning staff is amazing. They made a beautiful romantic surprise when I came back. Extra attentive.
