Very good experience. Sahib was very helpful on the front desk and made us feel welcome from arrival u til checkout the next morning. Great value for money (Sunday booking) and will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel,clean and welcoming with a great restaurant and spa and very comfortable luxurious rooms. The receptionist Barsha was excellent, so kind and helpful with a lovely smile. Definitely would recommend this hotel as it has to be one of the best in London. Very relaxing atmosphere in the place as well.A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The room at Radisson Blu Canary Wharf was nice, but the service was not. The ladies at the reception were super slow and rude. I was in a rush when checking in, and one of them was just taking her sweet time doing who knows what on her computer. I even told her I needed to check in quickly and leave, but instead of speeding up, she wanted me to play some rewards game they had going on. I played and won 2000 points, which sounded great—except they never sent the points. When I asked, she said they’d email me the details, but that never happened either. On top of that, they charged me a deposit and never refunded it. Overall, the room was good, but the service was frustrating and unprofessional.

If you are looking for a hotel with a good breakfast : OK If you are looking for a hotel with an outdated room with malfunctioning air conditioning (it doesn't get cooler than 22°C), in my case room 503 : this is it. If you want a hotel with a clean sauna room, which is also in decent condition in the evening : this is not the place : the sauna room is completely flooded, with soggy towels on the floor. No one from staff to be seen around 7:30 pm. Above all, if you are looking for a hotel that provides good customer service (e.g. if you have forgotten something valuable in your hotel room, which happened to me, and you ask to ship it at your own expense, ) : really don't count on it : “you can come and pick it up at our reception”. You've got to be bold as a business hotel ... In summary : for a business hotel you expect something else anyway, especially at that price level, does not live up to the expectation of a Radisson Blu at all, compared to the other Radissons Blu I have been to.
