May 2025Enjoyed our stay here. We had a double instead of a twin but this was dealt with and changed very quickly. Good location and easy to get on the tube. The hotel doesn't have a pool which was disappointing it says spa but it's just a Steam and sauna. Staff were friendly and would stay again if needed

The booking process was seamless, with Anastasiia providing outstanding support throughout. She was incredibly helpful, prompt in her responses, and made sure every detail was taken care of ahead of the event. The event itself ran smoothly over all three days. The service was consistently excellent, with well-organised coffee breaks, delicious lunches, and attentive staff throughout. The food was a particular highlight, thoroughly enjoyed by all of our attendees. We would be more than happy to work with the hotel again for future events and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, well-managed venue in London. May 2025I had an excellent stay at the Radisson. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout, and my room was both spacious and comfortable — a perfect environment to relax in after long days of business meetings. One of the standout features was the on-site sauna and steam room, which offered an ideal way to unwind and recharge. The location is also very convenient — just a short distance from Canada Square, and ideal for business travellers working in Canary Wharf. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to nearby offices, which was extremely helpful. A special mention to the shuttle driver, Mahmoud (I believe), who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional — a great start to each morning. Breakfast was another highlight. As someone who follows a halal diet, I was impressed by the team’s willingness to accommodate my needs. Freshly made omelettes were kindly prepared each morning, which added a thoughtful, personal touch. A special mention must go to Meghana, who provided exceptional service in the restaurant. She was consistently warm, friendly, and professional. She remembered my order from a previous visit and anticipated my preferences — a rare and impressive quality. Her attention to detail and ability to build rapport created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that made a real difference to my stay. At reception, Maria was equally outstanding — polite, kind, and welcoming. Her calm and professional manner set a positive tone from the outset, making the check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers — I look forward to returning.

She handled everything with such grace and attentiveness that I genuinely thought she was in a senior leadership role. Her support made me feel truly valued as a Radisson Rewards VIP. Also, sincere thanks to Meghana, who served us during breakfast each morning. Her warm smile, positive energy, and helpfulness added so much to our experience. The hotel is beautifully located and well-maintained, but it’s the amazing team that made this stay exceptional. Thank you all — I look forward to returning soon!

May 2025Stayed here with friends in January and one of the friends drove and parked onsite. She paid £30 at reception to park her car behind the hotel, however, the next morning had a parking ticket. Hotel told her they would sort it. It’s May and the hotel STILL haven’t responded or sorted this issue out despite multiple phone calls and emails. Next step is Small Claims Court, which could have easily been avoided, if the staff on reception/the Manager had spent 5 minutes reviewing the situation and offering to pay for the ticket. I’m in shock at how bad the experience has been. Just what my heavily pregnant friend needs! You get an AI response on these reviews which is also disgusting, customer service clearly isn’t a priority for Radisson Blu. Hotel is fine, location is average and maybe worth a stay if you’re getting the train up and have no other option. AVOID if you’re driving up! Not worth the risk.
