February 2025This is the place if you are looking for great steak in a casual and lively environment. We landed at Paternoster after a week filled with all the ethnic foods and found this perfect spot for more traditional food. The ribeye was on point. The separate sides lacked some selection on the veggie side, but the mash potatoes and fries were good. The comments from our table said it was the best meal of the week. I agree.

March 2025Fri evening was quite quiet at first, but it did get busier as the night went on. That made it a great spot to catch up with an old friend over dinner and a few glasses. We ordered from the chopped menu, and I had the Chicken Pie and the Eton Mess. Let me tell you, that Chicken Pie was delicious! We chomped on that quick time!! The portion size was just right, so there was enough room (just) to fit dessert in. I don't usually go for Eton Mess as I'm not a fan of meringue, but I wanted something summery, and this actually turned out to be a good choice. Thankfully, there were only a few small pieces of meringue, and something suspiciously like Angel Delight - regardless, it was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, giving us time and space to enjoy our evening.
