The service is stunningly good. Everyone is kind and helpful I truly appreciate this kind of hospitality Really loved my garden view room and the location of the hotel is nice. Although I enjoyed my stay and would revisit again. There are some negatives like there is no soundproof and very slow and small elevator takes forever but overall the service makes up for it.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel from start to finish the staff were amazing & couldn’t do enough for us. I mentioned it was my husbands birthday & was overwhelmed by how special they made it for him. Truly made his day with a balloon, champagne & a dessert beautifully placed in our room. Would highly recommend we will be back very soon!

We had such a fantastic stay at The Hari! From the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was that, because we booked directly with the hotel, we were upgraded to a stunning suite. The panoramic bathroom with a bathtub was incredible, and the bedroom had breathtaking views—such a treat to wake up to! Booking directly also gave us other perks, like a complimentary minibar (non-alcoholic), plus the rates were better than what we saw elsewhere. I’d highly recommend booking directly—you get so much more value and some great surprises like our upgrade. The rooms were absolutely spotless, and everything felt really stylish and well cared for. You can tell they take pride in the details, which made the experience even more special. The staff were amazing—so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel right at home and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, it was such a memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re planning a stay, I can’t recommend The Hari enough—just make sure to book directly!

Staying at the Hari was the best choice we made for our vacation. Excellent service, amazing rooms and fantastic dining truly made our stay exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, a few to name are Ariana, Isaac, Amelia, Clara, Mohammed, & Carlos. From the second we arrived we noticed how amazing this place is thanks to its staff. We felt very welcomed. Every time you walk in you’re greeted with a smile. Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel! Truly a 5 star experience. Definitely opt in for the breakfast. It was phenomenal. The location is also fantastic. We will definitely book here again in the future!

I had an amazing stay at The Hari Hotel in London – definitely one of the best boutique hotels I’ve experienced in the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was absolutely spotless and well-appointed, offering a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. I felt completely secure and comfortable throughout my stay. Housekeeping went above and beyond, always keeping everything impeccably clean. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of having water, chocolate, and a handwritten card left for me at night. It truly made the experience feel special. I came to London for a doctor’s check-up, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff at The Hari made my visit so much more enjoyable. The only downside was that the prices were a bit high, but considering the incredible service, comfort, and overall experience, it was definitely worth it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!
