August 2024I popped into this branch recently, and I really enjoyed the nice, laid-back atmosphere! The hot chocolate was delicious, and those sliders? Tasty 😋 and appeared fresh off the grill. The service was a tad slow, but all in all, it was a pretty good experience!

September 2024Ordered coffees and ready made cakes only, mid-morning, whilst waiting for our entry time to visit The Royal Mews. Everything took a while to come out. Everything, that is, bar the hottest drink, a long black. It remained sitting on the counter waiting for the sole staff member not behind the counter to realise it was there. The rest of the party of five departed for The Royal Mews long before this leaving me to wait. Regardless of it being a Sunday, they really needed at least one more staff member.
