Such a great experience. You can literally see for miles with a 360 deg view over London. There are guides on hand to explain the views and there is also a barwith snacks available

2024/12 The View from The Shard is one of London's most popular and breathtaking attractions. Located on the 72nd floor of The Shard, the tallest building in the UK, this observation deck offers panoramic views of the city and beyond. Visitors are treated to a 360-degree perspective, where they can see landmarks like St. Paul's Cathedral, the River Thames, the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace. On clear days, it’s possible to catch glimpses of up to 40 miles of the surrounding countryside. The experience is immersive, with large, floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views of London’s skyline. The deck is equipped with interactive digital displays, helping visitors learn about the city's history, landmarks, and the building's own construction. The View from The Shard is particularly stunning at sunset or at night when the city lights illuminate the landscape, offering a magical and unique experience. For those looking for a special occasion or a memorable moment in London, it’s an excellent spot for photography or simply enjoying the vast expanse of the city from above. While the entry fee can be on the higher end, many consider the experience well worth it for the unparalleled views and the opportunity to see London from such a remarkable height.

I used a City Pass and was able to get here(I had to exchange the ticket at the counter). The staff were professional and polite. I had to take the elevator twice and climb two stairs to reach the highest floor. The view I had of the city at 7:30 PM in mid-August was breathtaking. The scenery in London was truly beautiful and peaceful! (View from restroom was impressive 😉)… I've fallen in love with London…
