July 2024I was loyal to this place for 10 years. I really hope one day owner or who ever runs Esquires franchaise will bring good staff like before.. I never complain but seems like there is no manager, no one is in charge, no rules, staff unacceptable appearance, not wearing approns and loose hairs.. I had brown long hair in my take away. More important for staff is chat in the kitchen instead of taking care of customers. Please fix this place, first step - find good manager. This is the worst time this shop ever had.

September 2024Had egg florentine and eggs royal. Spinach not cooked and hollandaise sauce tasted like it was out of a packet. Dropped my knife on the floor and when I went to pick it up it was covered in hairs .very dirty floors and overpriced
