Fabulous Hotel. We were celebrating a special birthday and we got a free upgrade. The room was stunning absolutely huge. Very clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of nice touches bathrobes slippers and bottled water. We stayed on a dinner bed and breakfast deal. From checking in until checkout everything was perfect. Food was amazing service was impeccable every member of staff went above and beyond. Couldn't fault anything Super comfortable stay staff friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Just returned from my second stay at this amazing hotel. You get 10 stars from me! Staff are so friendly and kind and a special thanks to Jackie who is charming and the young man on reception who told me he has just recently joined. He also was charming. A special thanks to whoever cleaned room 419 as it was immaculate. The hotel has the WOW factor and you feel this as soon as you walk in. Special thanks to the man who was polishing the staircase and kindly let me in so that I could see this and it is beautiful. For a bride to stand on these stairs and have her photo taken on her special day is amazing. The food is excellent and the breakfast is really good and you can help yourself to whatever you would like. I will certainly return. A big pat on the back to all the staff who work so hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. Well done to you all!!

We spent a night at the Titanic Hotel while visiting Liverpool for two days. It seemed like the most interesting and quality hotel for the price in the area, and we weren't disappointed. We chose the breakfast-included option, and it offered a great selection with a buffet – I left feeling very full! The room itself was huge, but we were unexpectedly upgraded, which was a lovely touch. It had everything you'd want – a spacious, very clean room with a really comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well (even in September), and the room featured artwork that connected to the hotel's history as a former warehouse for the company that built the Titanic. The surrounding area is quiet, and if you're like us and enjoy walking, it's about a 20-minute walk to the main part of Liverpool. This certainly helped us get our steps in, but it might be a bit far for some. Another thing to note is that the corridors are very large but dimly lit, which could be problematic for people with poor eyesight. The staff were welcoming and pleasant, and the 11 a.m. checkout time was appreciated. One issue I think they should address is the parking fee of £8 per day, which seems a bit unfair considering how far the hotel is from the city centre and the likelihood that most people will need to drive. That said, I'd absolutely love to stay here again – it was perfect for a couple's city break. Although we didn't try the spa, it looked fantastic too.

I recently visited the Titanic Hotel to attend a conference and was impressed by many aspects of the property. The ambience was excellent, the location is convenient, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The food was also very good, which added to the overall experience. However, my stay was slightly overshadowed by the reception staff's attitude. Unfortunately, they came across as rude and unhelpful, particularly when I asked for directions. A little politeness or even a simple smile can make a huge difference, and I was disappointed that this was lacking. Overall, the hotel itself is fantastic, but I hope management can work on improving the reception staff's approach to guest interactions. It would elevate the experience to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
