September 2024We were so surprised. Never spent time in this area and therefore, it was difficult to select a hotel. We chose this having seen reviews etc. First impression on seeing the hotel was a bit non-plussed. However, staff greeted us warmly and got us booked in rapidly. Room was lovely and the bed just too comfortable - best sleep in years. Resteraunt staff excellent and food really good with great price point. Would stay again as staff so good.

November 2024Lovely restaurant! The staff were very friendly and very attentive, and the food was lovely! We didn't realise it was also 40% off food Mon-Thurs in November, so the value for money was amazing! We would have been happy paying full price. Highly recommend, can't wait to come back in the summer!

August 2024We visited the lake house for a impromptu overnight trip to the beach and were very pleasantly surprised at just how much we enjoyed it. First of all the location is excellent for Crosby beach, being right on the large sea water lake. There is a car park directly outside the hotel, which they supply you with a pass for if you are staying. The room was perfect for what we needed, modern and extremely clean. Our 4 year old loved the bunk beds too. The food and drinks were what really took us off guard, we expected the offerings and quality to be good, standard pub grub but they exceeded this. The food was delicious, as we're the cocktails we tried. Also, value for money was extremely good. Overall we were extremely happy with our visit and would definitely book to stay here again.
