January 2025The hotel was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in this country. We have stayed in many. It’s clean, it’s close to city centre. We had the best view from our room. It was for my husbands birthday so the lady streaks reception gave us a free upgrade. This was so kind. The shower in the room is amazing!!! We r very fussy about showers wherever we go. The atmosphere of hotel was just so nice! We can’t fault it at all. Already planned to book again next year and may make it an annual thing! When we went down for breakfast the young man at the desk was so kind, forgot his name. He noticed I was Muslim and suggested the chicken sausages were halal. All the staff in the hotel are very nice compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Absolutely the best hotel in England!

February 2025Very good location. Hotel was modern. Our room was a good size (massive comfortable bed!), very clean, with a good shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and will return.

February 2025A lovely and comfortable hotel with great service. Held our bags for us before check in and after check out while we went out. The free drink voucher in the bar on arrival was a nice touch. All amenities were well kept and comfortable. A little far from nightlife if that’s what you’re after, but perfectly located for a concert.

February 2025Had a fantastic stay Ella on reservations helped arrange our stay and we were celebrating a special occasion she went above and beyond with some lovely personal touches that exceeded our expectations. All the staff we interacted with were lovely including bar, restaurant, front desk and doormen. Our room was beautiful with fantastic views, spotless and really comfy. Location is perfect as we were visiting the arena. Fabulous stay overall and we can't wait to stay again.

February 2025Staff were lovely, food was pretty good and building was beautiful. My daughter and stayed in a twin room and we both found the beds a bit uncomfortable. They needed a mattress topper perhaps. I’ve deducted a point for the mattresses and the Nescafé coffee sachets - I can’t forgive that coffee in such a lovely hotel! The rooms were otherwise great and the view was spectacular.
