June 2024Summary: Very unprofessional experience. They do not stick to their words. Was told we will be contacted, but they never did. We called up as next week (June 2024) is the start date for our little one, only to get told no availability. Despite filling forms and submitting. (We kept asking to keep deposit but were told they don’t take deposits). No remorse or apologies whatsoever. Avoid this lot if possible.
